If you mark up products for resale to internal customers...

I already sent an email similar to this to many of you, but I want to be sure I cast a wide enough net.  If you already responded to me, you do not need to again.

With rare exception, it is a violation of policy to purchase items and resell them to internal customers at a marked-up price (but you can include shipping costs in the price).  There are serious ramifications for sponsored projects that are being overcharged, so if you are involved with an ISO or other operation that is doing this, please let me know immediately.
