Use Agreements

Reminder:  Fully executed use agreements must be submitted to the Real Estate Office.

Per University policy (http://www.policy.umn.edu/Policies/Operations/RealEstate/REALESTATE_PROC02.html), after an event takes place, a copy of the fully executed use agreement must be sent to the Real Estate Office.  The agreements are signed by the Dean's Office and returned to you, and it is your responsibility to submit the fully executed agreement after the event.  If you have not been doing this, please look at least one year back, and provide the proper documentation to the Real Estate Office ASAP.  This business process is being audited.  Thanks, DJP
